Translations & text messages
Admin, Messages. Two tabs: Translations and Text messages.
Translations
Section titled “Translations”A language at the top, then the twelve loan and repair notices, each with a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Approved | Live. This is what a family sees |
| Draft | Someone has written a translation, not yet approved |
| AI draft | A model wrote it. Needs a person to check and approve it |
| Out of date | The English wording changed since this was approved |
| Not translated | Nothing exists yet for this language |
The English notice shows above or beside the translation being edited, so nobody translates blind. Approve is the only way a translation reaches a family — a draft, however it was written, never goes out on its own. An approved translation lapses back to Out of date the moment the English version it was approved against changes.
With no AI connector configured, Translate stays off and the page says so; every translation is written and approved by a person.
Text messages
Section titled “Text messages”Provider, who gets texts, and quiet hours — the window outside which a text is held rather than sent. A second tab, Sent, is the delivery record: what was sent, to whom, and what the provider said when it accepted the message.
